about BAFS Convergence 2019

BAFS is a full-service CUSO that offers a daily, interactive and cost effective approach to establishing and maintaining a Commercial Loan Program. Our Convergence 2019 conference is designed to allow you to network with industry leaders from across the country.

As the word “convergence” depicts; our goal is to provide an opportunity that promotes the collaboration, sharing, and merging of ideas and solutions that moves everyone toward higher levels of expertise and service. Our purpose is simple; coming together so that we may all share in that journey.

Hear directly from one of the primary authors of the revised NCUA § 723 introduced in 2017. Mr. Vieten maintains in excess of 30 years of experience within large and community financial institutions. Learn how Mr. Vieten’s input to the new regulation was taken from the borrower’s perspective as well as the credit union’s responsibility to the member. In addition, hear how a credit union’s culture is the basis for developing a “Principles - Based Risk Management Program”.
